The Space
Our townhouse is located in the secure, quiet, gated community of Coco Sunset Hills, with 24/7 security and six gorgeous pools! Located in Las Palmas, Playas del Coco, steps away from the beach. Our townhome features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with two private patio spaces for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Amenities
Our townhouse features two beautiful bedrooms—one with a comfortable queen bed and another with two cozy twin beds. Both bedrooms have Smart TV's. The large living/dining area features a sectional couch, a large Smart TV, and a dining table with room for six. The kitchen is beautifully renovated and well equipped with all you need to cook and enjoy meals. Each room has an AC unit and an overhead fan..
The upstairs bathroom has double sinks, and there is a small bathroom on the main floor. This townhouse also has a washer and dryer and propane BBQ. Enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails on the secluded patio, where you can admire the lush foliage!
There are six pools in the gated complex for you to enjoy. Please feel free to use the pool noodles and floats! Your stay also includes a parking pass for one vehicle. Beach access is a short five minute walk away! Please use the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and cooler to keep your drinks cold!

We had a great week in Coco, the condo is close to the beach and town is easily walkable, close enough to the action but far enough away to not have the noise.
